What clients often ask before the first collaboration

How quickly do I see first results?

First reliable data in 2–4 weeks after launch, clear trends after 6–8 weeks. Whoever promises you performance after 7 days is either lying or using fragile tracking. We'd rather show transparent learning logs than optimistic ROAS stars.

What minimum budget do I need per channel?

Rule of thumb for Meta & Google: €3–5k/month per channel so the algorithms see enough conversions. Below €2k you work against the platform rather than with it. We discuss this honestly in the intro call — sometimes the better step is positioning or landing pages first, not ads.

Are you a specialist or a generalist?

T-shaped. Depth in paid search/social and tracking architecture, breadth in SEO, creatives and analytics. For very niche topics (e.g. Amazon Ads, B2B LinkedIn outbound) I bring in specialists from my network — but you always have one point of contact.

How do you handle iOS 17, cookie loss and consent banners?

Server-side tracking as standard, not as an add-on. GA4 + GTM server container + Meta CAPI + TikTok Events API + Enhanced Conversions for Google. This keeps 30–50% of the conversions visible that client-side setups lose — GDPR-compliant and without dark patterns.

What's the difference from a full-service agency?
