Common questions about the intro call
Is the intro call really free?
Yes, 30 minutes at no charge. If the call runs over 30 minutes (which often happens with deeper interest), that's still free. The first concrete concept work then starts with a fixed-price audit or project offer.
What if I don't yet know whether I need you?
That's exactly what the intro call is for. I listen to what's going on and tell you honestly: whether an audit is worth it, whether an engagement isn't, or whether I know someone who fits better. "Not a fit" is an allowed outcome too.
What happens to my data?
Form data lands in an EU-hosted system (Postmark for email delivery, a Postgres database on Vercel EU). It's used only to handle your request. Automatically deleted after 6 months without collaboration. No newsletter signup, no tracking pixels in the reply.
How fast do you actually reply?
On working days usually within 4-12 hours, 24h at the latest. Weekends and holidays: Monday morning. If your request is urgent (e.g. an ongoing migration, an acute tracking failure), write that in the message — then I escalate.
What's the minimum size you work with?
For audits: no lower limit — the Starter Audit from €890 also fits a solo founder with a clear question. For ongoing engagements: usually sensible from a €3-5k monthly budget; below that, compact sprint projects are often a better fit. I'll tell you honestly in the intro call.
